CLIENT AGREEMENT

Thank you for choosing a My Life Boat® Life Review Session. This Agreement explains the nature of the service and the terms under which it is provided.

Overview

A My Life Boat® Life Review Session is a one-hour, one-to-one, facilitated process of structured self-reflection. During the session, you will review ten selected areas of life that together offer a holistic perspective on your life. The session process is non-clinical and is not therapy, coaching, mentoring or counselling. The facilitator guides the conversation, but you remain the primary authority on your own life, your experiences, and your reflections.

Life Review is an educational process intended to promote greater understanding of your life, your journey, and your story. The session provides an opportunity for structured reflection using the My Life Boat® Framework. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, advice or guaranteed outcomes.

Doing a one-hour Life Review is an intentional pause to reflect on your life. Like bringing a boat at anchor for a routine check, you are taking time to step back from the demands of everyday life to look at your life as a whole—not for repair or treatment, but for greater understanding.

This Agreement should be read together with the information describing the My Life Boat® Life Review Session available on the My Life Boat® website and in other official My Life Boat® publications. In the event of any inconsistency, this Agreement shall prevail and govern the terms under which the service is provided.

Client Agreement & Terms of Service (Agreement)

Nature of the Session

The My Life Boat® Life Review session is an educational, non-clinical, and facilitated self-reflection process. You and the facilitator will explore 10 areas of life (e.g., physical wellbeing, relationships, work, financial wellness, love, etc.). You will be invited to reflect and self-assess your current situation in each area. The process is guided through structured questions. The role of the facilitator in the process is to ask questions and guide the conversation. You remain fully responsible for your reflections, interpretations, and any decisions that follow.
